These terms cover your use of Fuse and its account features. Creating or using an account requires agreement to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is used.

Operator and contact

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account in this initial release. Provide an email you control, keep your password private, and do not use another person’s account. You can play as a guest without creating an account. You are responsible for choosing a player name that does not expose personal details, impersonate someone, or contain abusive content.

For email accounts, verification and password-reset emails are unavailable. Save your password securely. Google accounts sign in through Google. Email ownership for password accounts is not verified in this release; an email address alone does not establish ownership of an existing account.

The game and saved progress

Fuse currently offers free daily and endless puzzle modes. This release has no purchases, paid currency, chests or characters. New guest games and account games save online and require an internet connection to sync. A completed action is saved when the service confirms it. Guest access depends on the player session stored in your browser. Creating an account from your current guest profile keeps its progress, records and leaderboard preference and enables access across devices. Games started before guest cloud saving was available are retained as unranked saves. Clearing browser storage can lose guest access without deleting the online data. Do not play the same cloud run simultaneously in multiple tabs or devices; reload the latest save if a conflict appears.

We aim to keep the game available, but interruptions, changes and data loss are possible. Game rules and scoring may change, and affected rankings may be reset with notice where practicable. There are no cash prizes or items with monetary value.

Friendly competition

Leaderboard inclusion starts on for new guest players and account holders. The public board displays player aliases, scores and ranks, never email addresses. You can turn off “Include my scores in the leaderboard” in Account; an existing choice to turn it off is preserved. Daily rankings use your best server-verified saved score for the UTC day; endless rankings use your best server-verified saved Endless score across all days. Both include games in progress. Older unranked saves do not contribute to public rankings. A verified personal best remains ranked when you undo a move or start another run, while leaderboard inclusion is on. The server validates game actions. Do not automate play, modify requests to obtain invalid scores, disrupt the service, exploit security issues or evade account restrictions. Scores or accounts may be removed for cheating, abuse, unlawful content or a security risk.

If you believe a score or account was removed in error, contact the operator to request a review. Nothing here prevents good-faith security reporting or other activity protected by applicable law.

Optional reminders and installation

Daily push reminders are off until you opt in and approve your browser’s permission. You can withdraw permission at any time. Delivery depends on browser, device and network support and is not guaranteed. Adding Fuse to your home screen is optional, does not create a purchase, and does not grant notification permission.

Your data and leaving

Guests and account holders can change leaderboard preferences in Account. Registered account holders can also download their account data and delete their account there. Guests can contact the operator about their data. Account deletion is permanent and removes saved progress from the active service. Retention exceptions and provider backup limitations are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Rights and responsibility

You may use the game for personal entertainment. The game’s original code, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law; third-party software retains its respective licences. Do not misrepresent yourself as the operator or redistribute the game in ways that violate those rights.

To the extent allowed by law, Fuse is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Your local mandatory rights continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be published with a new version date and brought to account holders’ attention through the game. Where a new agreement is needed, you will be asked to acknowledge it before continuing account play. You may stop using the service or delete your account if you do not agree.
